How Do I Register?

  • We have provided multiple ways to Register; calling from a phone to a number located on the Property Posted Signs located on or near the visitor parking areas, texting from a mobile device, by downloading our iStall app or viewing on your browser at www.istall.ca

Do I Need an Istall Account?

  • No. You do not need to register an account in the iStall app,  however if you do open a free iStall account it will allow you to submit an extended visitor request without calling the Manager and it allows you to track all your registration confirmations.

I didn’t get a Confirmation number

  • This means your registration has not been completed. Follow the instructions on the signs posted and try another registration option provided. You must get a confirmation number or you have not registered.

My vehicle has been towed

  • Call the Towing Company, not the building manager.  Please look at the entrance of the property or by visitor parking for the posted signs. The Towing Company posts their contact information there.

What do I do if I have received a Tow Notice for Outstanding Parking Violations?

  • Call 1-844-869-6377  Ext. 4 and make a settlement offer to avoid getting your vehicle towed on sight.

I have a friend who lives in a parking complex that does not currently have Parking Control and is interested in adding this service.

  • Refer your friend to www.unitedparking.ca. Navigate to the Contact Us tab and have them fill out the information of their interest in our Parking Service.

What do I do if someone else is parked in my stall?

  • Contact United Parking Patrol at 1-844-572-8765 and park your car in Visitor Parking. We suggest that you Register. Do not park in a Fire Lane or Loading Zone.

How do I register a Guest for an extended stay beyond what the Posted Register Rules say?

  • Contact your building manager and request to be put on a White List, or you may go to www.istall.ca, at the top of the page click Support, scroll down to Guest Parking and click on “How to Request Extended Guest Parking” and follow the steps.

I am going to be doing a clean-up of my garage. Can I park in a Fire Lane?

  • In some situations, it is permissible to temporarily park in a Fire Lane providing your Hazard lights are on and you are nearby.

How long can I park in Visitors Parking before I must Register?

  • At ALL TIMES if you are in Visitors Parking you MUST register even if you plan to only stop for 5 minutes.

Covid- 19 Precautions

Dear Albertans,

While we all go through this COVID-19 crisis we do admire the commitment of everyone to stay home, to protect themselves and those who are most at risk. Despite having to face rapid changes to our schedules, we all have found a way to be United together at a physical distance. Our field staff have been provided with antibacterial wipes, gloves and hand sanitizer in order to keep themselves and the public protected while maintaining and enforcing our parking lots and parkades.
